Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guest
- 48+ hours before departure: Full refund
- 24-48 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your charter, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Weather Cancellations
Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe for fishing, the captain will make the decision to cancel or reschedule the trip.
Weather-related cancellations by the captain always receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you if there are any concerns about your scheduled trip. The final call is made the morning of the charter.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your charter, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling with 48+ hours notice: No fee
- Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice: Subject to availability and may incur a fee
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled charter without prior notice, no refund will be issued. Please make sure to arrive at the dock at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Early Return
If a charter returns early due to guest request, seasickness, or guest behavior, no partial refund will be issued. The captain reserves the right to return to port early if guest behavior jeopardizes the safety of the trip.
